Today is July 1-st! One month of summer left. Now we have only 2 months, 62 days, 1536 hours and 92160 minutes :)Let's work, let's relax, let's do something!
I resume yoga lessons at home by the way. It is too tight in sportclubs in Vladimir. So, i need to keep my body in a good fettle.
Soon, then we arrive to our new apartment i will have there a lot of own place and it is wonderful! 30 minutes a day, 3-4 days a week and after one month you'll see a lot of changes.1. You'll see how your spine becomes flexible, muscles will stretch, they become long and not wide.
